The annual budget was approved at the January meeting and the organization chart at the February meeting. The Municipal Investment Plan (PIM) and the Municipal Action Plan (PAM) will soon be approved, which will be drawn up from a great joint effort that will involve politicians, technicians and citizens.

The Sant Feliu of the future will be drawn up in these plans that are based, in good part, on our electoral program, on our government agreement and on the responsibility for the coffers of a city that requires good administration and leadership. Mayor Lourdes Borrell, since her arrival at the head of the mayor's office, has taken a step further and it shows: the government is making progress in its objectives and purposes.

The underground and the challenges of the new urban planning, the industrial and economic revitalization of the city, together with the projection of Sant Feliu as the capital of the region, require our energy and good work. At the end of March, the city of roses will host the international FIBA basketball tournament, in the 3x3 format, where Club Bàsquet Santfeliuenc has expectations of success. The week of poetry as a prelude to Sant Jordi's day, and the Spring Festival, in May, with the National Rose Exhibition and the Fair, together with the endless activities of the local associative fabric that follow week after week, reflect the vitality of our city.

We are also moving forward as a country. The Generalitat de Catalunya can approve budgets thanks to Salvador Illa's generosity, capacity for dialogue and sense of responsibility. An example of leadership and good politics, values that our Mayor applies with constancy and determination to bring our city up to date as soon as possible and be able to live the Sant Feliu that we deserve.
