Confirmation or cancellation of enrollment for students previously enrolled in the Municipal School of Music

How?

In the case of Initiation students, this procedure must be completed after the instrument selection and assignment process. There is also the option to waive the registration fee.

Both in the instrument selection process and in the confirmation process, the 'Internet Registration Code' will be requested, which will be sent via SMS to the interested party.

Once you start one of these requests, the processing assistant will drive you through different screens where you will be asked to enter the necessary data to make the choice of instrument or to enroll in the School of Music.

The confirmation of registration will not be considered until the following stages of processing have been completed:

1. Introduction of the registration code.
2. Confirmation of registration or request for an appointment.
3. Information and procedures in relation to the application of social pricing.

People who are already students of the Municipal School of Music, who will have received an SMS code.

When can you do?

• April 25: Sending an SMS with the student's identification code.
• From April 26 to May 3:
  • Introduction of the code that allows you to carry out the following procedures:
    • Registration confirmation: if you agree with the proposed provisional schedule.
    • Withdrawal: if withdrawal is requested for the 2024-2025 academic year
    • Registration modification: In case you want to carry it out: change of instrument, change of language group, change of program (eg from EMS to NM to Instrumental set only…), second instrument.
• From May 27 to June 7: confirmation of enrollment for students who have requested a prior appointment at the school's secretary.

For Initiation students:

• April 25: sending via SMS of the student's identification code to be able to carry out the different procedures.
• From April 26 to May 3: enter the chosen order of the instruments offered, or cancel. There will be no possibility to change the order, think about them well in advance.
• May 6: Publication of the lists with the assigned number to each student for the draw and the order of instrument preferences indicated.
• From 6 to 9 May: Complaints period (via school email).
• May 13: Draw of the cut-off number.
• May 15, from 6:30 p.m.: Publication of provisional lists (visible at municipal web and on school notice boards).
• From May 15 to 21: Claims period to the Secretary (via school email).
• May 24, from 6:30 p.m.: Publication of definitive lists (visible at municipal web and on school notice boards).
• From May 27 to June 7: Confirmation of registration or resignation.
