The April plenary session approves the extension of the Transitional Period and the extension of plenary agreements in relation to the management and operation of the Swimming Pool Complex

The April plenary session will take place on Thursday 25, at 6 p.m., in the Town Hall Plenary Room and can be followed live through this link and Radio Sant Feliu. The agenda includes a total of 22 points, with 3 motions.

In the section of local level motions, the Sant Feliu En Comú Podem municipal group will present two proposals. A motion for the celebration of the 50th Martí Dot Poetry Prize, and another for joining and supporting the network of climate shelters in the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona. For its part, the Popular Party will present a motion for the promotion of care for people with celiac disease in Sant Feliu de Llobregat.

In the area of Attention to Citizens and Open Administration the extension of the Transitional Period will be approved, as well as the extension of the agreements taken at the November 2023 plenum regarding to the public service of management and operation of the Municipal Swimming Pool Complex. The third credit amendment for the year 2024 and the amendment of certain articles of the working conditions agreement will also be approved.

In the area of Services to People it will be proposed to the plenary to grant a nominative subsidy, for the year 2024, to the Association Amics de les Roses de Sant Feliu; and grant competitive grants to various entities in the field of sports, for the projects of the 2023-2024 season. The amendment of a material error in the 2023 grant award agreement for the Laurentius Foundation entity will also be approved.

At the April meeting, the extrajudicial credit recognition of various accounting operations in the different areas of government will be proposed.
