New incorporation within the employment plan of Work in the Neighborhoods
Last February 1st, we welcomed Beatriz Perramon who has joined Sant Feliu Innova, through an Employment Plan with the collaboration of the Public Employment Service of Catalonia, as part of the Program of Work in the Neighborhoods, lasting six months and which will participate in administrative support tasks and in the field of social innovation, community and youth mediation, inclusion and diversity.
Community and youth mediator, technician in special education (ACNEE) and with extensive experience in functional diversity, disability and bullying, can bring to the Innova Sant Feliu department a clear and deep understanding of the concept of inclusion and diversity, collaborating in the work of adapting the material within the information sessions, giving key data to trainers or project promoters, small guidelines on how to reach all the different capacities and perceptions and co-creating new spaces where people can share their own life experience freely and respecting the needs of everyone, students, teachers, entrepreneurs, employers, etc.
Collecting the new challenges that society has today and especially young people, detecting where they feel spaces as hostile and transforming them into new pleasant spaces for them. Also incorporating the concept of the culture of peace and looking towards the other in a respectful way, as a learning and a challenge. Implementing conflict management and the development of new projects with this diverse real view and favoring the creation of a network between people from any group, which can promote visibility, recognition and respect for the individuality of each one. Also highlight the importance of transversality in all projects, so that they reach as many people as possible, to help improve/change the lives and the concept of the people around us and that will be one of theirs main objectives. To take into account, in short, in all the future activities of Sant Feliu Innova, this new view that we are all part of society and each individual is unique and special. It is necessary, it is basic and necessary, to respect everyone's times and needs.
On the other hand, both have worked in the field of public administration (Catalan Health Service, Ajuntament de Sant Feliu de Llobregat) and in private companies and in customer service (FC Barcelona), which it has given the possibility to learn from contact with people.
