Today, International Women's Day, the Sant Feliu Innova program of the Sant Feliu City Council, serves this audiovisual to celebrate female talent by paying a small tribute to the ecosystem of women who lead innovative projects in our city.
In Sant Feliu, Innovation is not only written with capital letters, but also has a woman's name', highlights Selva Ramírez (www.selvaramirez.com), entrepreneur advisor and mentor in various support programs for entrepreneurship, such as the one held recently at the Torre del Roser, headquarters of Sant Feliu Innova under the umbrella of the Healthy Entrepreneurs Network of Sant Feliu (known by its acronym XESF-UPs ) 'Many powerful projects are being developed in Sant Feliu, led by women. Today is a good opportunity to recognize the work of these women who are breaking the mold and paving the way in traditionally masculinized sectors such as innovation,' continues Selva.
Anna Bausells, coach and mentor of digital entrepreneurs, specialized in coaching and mentoring businesses (https://www.instagram.com/annabausells_coaching), shares her experience and highlights that in Sant Feliu Innova has found a space where women learn, support each other and grow together. 'I feel very honored to be part of this community that celebrates diversity and female talent. I believe in the power of women to transform the world through their talent and vision,' she says.
Marta Ollé, specialist in neurolearning and promoter of LearnUp Sant Feliu, a pre-accelerator for startups in the EdTech sector (https://talentinnova.org) nationally and internationally, is an example of this. His own project, which uses neuroscience to improve learning, has been recognized at county level. 'In Sant Feliu Innova I have found an ally and an entrepreneurial ecosystem that has given me the support and tools necessary to make the project of this EdTech pre-accelerator a reality', explains Ollé.
Emma Toscano, social entrepreneur and art therapist and founder of Aliliberarte (https://www.instagram.com/alliberarte), is also part of this innovative ecosystem. His project uses art as a tool for personal development and social transformation. 'In Sant Feliu I have found a community of female entrepreneurs who have supported me and with whom I have been able to share experiences and knowledge,' Toscano says.
Pamela Briones, multidisciplinary artist (www.pamelabriones.com), is another example of the female talent that flourishes in Sant Feliu. Her participation in pieces of art such as 'Reference Women', installed within the Immersive Museum of Digital Culture promoted by Sant Feliu Innova in the Torre del Roser, contributes to exalting the lives of women who have been influential both in our local culture, as well as national and international. 'I feel proud to be part of this group of women who are promoting change and innovation in Sant Feliu,' says Briones.

Throughout the 20 years of activity of the Sant Feliu Innova program, there have been several initiatives aimed at women, which have been promoted as is the case of Technovation Girls, the international program that seeks to enhance STEM skills and vocations in girls through the app creation, or Power UP+ (previously called FEM Power UP), the video game incubator with a gender perspective, a pioneering initiative at state and European level, to promote the professional and labor insertion of women consisting of a completely integrated format for women, both in the role of mentors and participants and mentees, who have had recognition in media such as RTVE, in events such as FICMEC 2022 or the inclusion in banks of good practices such as the'Observatori Metropolitana de Genere, the report CIMA 2022 or the Bank of Good Practices 2022 of the Pi i Sunyer Foundation.
