Application of reusable glasses

Important note

From March 1, 2018, this procedure must be done by electronic means obligatorily, in accordance with what is established in articles 14.2 of the Law 39/2015 of Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations (pdf) i 38 of theMunicipal Ordinance of Transparency and Electronic Administration (pdf), if you carry it out as:

• Any type of legal entity.
• Entity without legal personality (AAVV, community of owners ...).
• Collegiate professionals (notaries, registrars of property and mercantile, architects, engineers, lawyers ...).
• Beneficiaries of subsidies granted by the City Council.
• Self-employed worker.
• Representative of any of the aforementioned subjects.

It is a free service

The return of the glasses, however, will be carried out on the day agreed with the personnel responsible for the Council's glass service and any delay will be penalized with 0.02 euros per glass. They will be returned as clean as possible. In case these are clearly gross, there will be a charge of 0.02 euros per glass.

To ensure the return of the glasses the event organizers will charge 1 euro to each consumer as a deposit. In the case of no return of the glass, this amount will not be reimbursed.

The organizing entity will pay the City Hall the amount of 0.70 euros for a glass not returned while 0.30 euros will remain for the expenses of the entity.
