New Regulation that regulates the operation of the new City Education Council, a consultative and sectoral body for participation, deliberation and debate of entities, educational centers and citizens.
The regulations have been developed based on the participatory process promoted to create the new Education Council, where more than 30 people representing the different fields of education and leisure in Sant Feliu de Llobregat established the Council's priorities and went work throughout different sessions on the definition of the new Regulation and its work plan.

The new Regulation of citizen participation and collaboration of the Sant Feliu de Llobregat City Council, in force since 2018, sets out in articles 28 and 29 the mechanisms for the creation, regulation and definition of all the sectoral councils of the city. Faced with the creation of this new Council, it is necessary to regulate its operation and define its instruments of action.
Regulate the operation of the City Educational Council and define its instruments of action. Comply with the Municipal Action Plan, specifically Objective 6.4.1 of Promoting citizen participation processes and instruments, and specifically to review the citizen participation councils and develop internal operating protocols. The objective is to define and limit the operation of this new Council. It also aims to regulate its legal nature, its object of action, the objectives, the rights and duties of the members of the Council, the Organization and composition, etc.
