Problems to be solved

To structure the public service of Civil Protection, oriented to determine the whole system of preparation and answers to the situations of serious collective risk, public calamity or extraordinary catastrophe, to which the security, the life of the people and the environment, they may be in danger.

Objectives of the standard

The current legislation in the field of civil protection, makes it necessary and opportune to have a Regulation, which regulates the composition and functions of the Local Commission of Civil Protection of Sant Feliu de Llobregat.

• Law 7/1985, of 2 April, regulating the bases of the local regime.
• Legislative Decree 2/2003, of 28 April, revised text of the Municipal Law and Local Regime of Catalonia.
• Decree 291/1999, of 9 November, approving the Regulations for the organization and operation of the Civil Protection Commission of Catalonia.
• Decree 155/2014, of 25 November, approving the minimum content for the preparation and approval of municipal civil protection plans and establishing the procedure for their joint processing.
• Decree 30/2015, of 3 March, approving the catalog of activities and centers required to adopt self-protection measures and fixing the content of these measures.

• Mrs. Montserrat Díaz Galindo, head of the Environment and Emergency Management unit.
• Sr. Manuel Ceballos Morillo, Emergency Management and Urban Resilience Technician.
• Mrs. Mercè Caballé Rodriguez, lawyer of the Legal Advice Service.
• Sr. Juan Carlos Sánchez Ramos, head of the Local Police, or person to whom he delegates.
• Sr. Sergio García Casarrubia, technical activity engineer.
• A person represented by the ADF Sant Feliu de Llobregat.
• A person representing the Local Assembly of the Red Cross.
• Sr. Sebastià Hierro García, middle management technician of the Environment Unit, who will act as secretary of the Commission.
