Services offered:

• Assistance service in the preparation of tax self-assessments managed by the Tax Agency of Catalonia. You can request this contact service, by appointment, taxpayers or their accredited family members. The service is not offered to professionals who act on behalf of third parties.
• Presentation of self-assessments related to the taxes managed by the ATC.
• Receipt and registration of documentation related to the taxes that the ATC manages.
• Attention and information to the taxpayers about the files related to the taxes that the ATC manages.
• Information and general and basic assistance in relation to the taxes that are managed by the provincial councils, town councils and other local entities attached to Tributs de Catalunya.
• Information regarding the state of debts managed by the ATC during a voluntary and executive period.
• Issue of certificates to be aware of payment of tax obligations.
• Issuance of letters and duplicates of payment for the deposit of debts.

The territorial offices manage the tax records that are within their jurisdiction (verification tasks and, where applicable, settlement, replacement resources, deferrals / splits).
