The City Council of Sant Feliu de Llobregat offers the mediation service for free to citizens to contribute to the improvement of coexistence and management of existing conflicts or the prevention of future conflicts.
Mediation is characterized by the intervention of a professional expert in conflict management (the mediator) that guides his action in the following principles: voluntary nature, confidentiality, respect, neutrality and impartiality.
Why mediation?
Mediation offers a different space to manage conflicts. It is based on the dialogue between people, where the people involved decide, with the help of the mediator, how to deal with the situation and what actions to take in order to change the situation facing the future.
