The purpose of the OMIC is to defend the rights of consumers through the information, training and guidance in the resolution of conflicts related to consumption.

• Informing about the rights and obligations of consumers.
• Adviser in matters of consumption, and to find a solution to a specific complaint.
• Processing of the complaint, claim or complaint in case of not reaching an agreement between affected parties.
